REFUNDS/RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature and quality of our extensions/wigs, All Sales Are Final.

You have up to 48 hours after receiving your order to request an exchange.

Exchanges are applicable only if there was a mistake on our end. (i.e. wrong length, texture or product sent out.)

Reason for exchange

Exchanges are accepted ONLY if items are returned in their original packaging. Items should be unworn or altered in any way.
SHIPPING

No product is kept on hand and will take 3-5 business days to be shipped.

Orders are shipped only on business days. (Business days are Mon-Fri and exclude weekends and holidays.)

You will receive tracking info through the email provided, once your order has been shipped.

To avoid shipping delays, Please be sure that both your shipping and billing address match at checkout.

All orders will require a signature confirmation.

All custom wigs are made to order (unless it's a ready to ship wig). Processing time will be 7-12 business days before being shipped.
