Hair Maddness LLC prides ourself on making sure our customers are satisfied with every purchase, therefore, we strive to provide an amazing customer experience. If there is a mistake on our behalf, we will graciously accept the item/items back in its original state within 3 days of you receiving your order. Please send a detailed email (including order numbers
First/last name, and reason of return) to jasmine@hairmaddness.com before the return of any items.
Human hair is considered a hygienic product. We have the right to decline items if they have been worn/tampered with in any way, or if it is past the 3-day period. Items should be returned in their original state in which they were received with all packaging intact.
Hair Maddness LLC is not responsible for units fitting incorrectly due to improper measurements provided by the customer. All units are made based on the universal sizing chart or by the measurements provided by our customers at the time of purchase. Please refer to our Wig Measurement guide for instructions of how to take proper head measurement.

Shipping/Processing
Hair Maddness LLC custom wig collection/remake wigs are made to order in the order that they are received. Wigs ship within 7-14 business days.
Ready to Ship wigs will ship within 1-3 business days once payment has processed/confirmed (may vary based on payment type).
BYOB wigs, Wig maintenance & Lace replacements will ship within 5-7 business days after hair is received.
Bundles, Lace closures, and Lace frontals will ship within 5-7 business days.
Please read the description before purchasing any wig to be sure of arrival time frames due to processing/shipping times. Hair Maddness LLC will NOT be held responsible for hair not arriving for hair appointments etc. It is best to order in advance and don’t book/schedule any appointments until you have received your order. (Processing times may be extended during holidays and sales due to increased order volume.
Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays and weekends.
Order Tracking
Once your payment has processed, you will receive an email confirmation. (Usually within 24-48 hours).
A second email confirmation will be sent once your order has shipped and will include your tracking number/link to follow your package journey.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct address at checkout. Please double check when entering your shipping address, as we cannot guarantee address changes. We will not be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address entered by our customers/you the buyer.
