• Due to the nature and quality of our extensions/wigs, All Sales Are Final.

  • You have up to 48 hours after receiving your order to request an exchange.

  • Exchanges are applicable only if there was a mistake on our end. (i.e. wrong length, texture or product sent out.)

  • To make an exchange, please fill out the contact form on our website, or email us at and include the following:

    • First/Last name

    • Order number

    • Reason for exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted ONLY if items are returned in their original packaging. Items should be unworn or altered in any way. 



  • No product is kept on hand and will take 3-5 business days to be shipped.

  • Orders are shipped only on business days. (Business days are Mon-Fri and exclude weekends and holidays.)

  • You will receive tracking info through the email provided,  once your order has been shipped.

  • To avoid shipping delays, Please be sure that both your shipping and billing address match at checkout.

  • All orders will require a signature confirmation.

  • All custom wigs are made to order (unless it's a ready to ship wig). Processing time will be 7-12 business days before being shipped.
