Schedule a phone consultation with Hair Maddness to start your journey to achieving your hair goals. Our consultations are required for all luxury extension services and new guests. During this time, we will discuss any questions or concerns regarding any service. This will help us create a personalized plan to ensure you get the desired results. Plus, your consultation fee will be deducted from your service balance after booking your appointment. Don't wait; schedule your consultation today.

Cancellation Policy

We asked that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment, or you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Late Policy: A late fee of $15 will be added to your service if you are up to 10 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and charged as a no-show. No Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. After one no-show appointment, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your desired service. After two no-shows, you will be banned from booking. Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule a booked appointment only once. After that, you’ll need to pay a new deposit for your appointment. All services require a non-refundable or transferable deposit.
